How far in advance should I place my order?
To ensure the highest quality and freshness, we recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance. For custom celebration cakes or large events, a lead time of 7 days is preferred.
Do you offer local delivery or store pickup?
We offer both! You can select local delivery within a 15-mile radius of our kitchen for a flat fee, or choose free in-store pickup during our regular business hours.
Are there gluten-free or vegan options available?
Yes, Riso Cakes & Desserts offers a dedicated selection of gluten-free and vegan treats. Please check the 'Dietary Needs' section on our menu, though please note our kitchen handles flour and dairy.
How should I store my desserts?
Most of our cakes and desserts are best kept refrigerated until 30 minutes before serving. Specific storage instructions for each item are included on the packaging.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 50% restocking fee due to the perishable nature of our products.
Can I customize the design of a cake?
Absolutely! We love creating custom designs. Please use our 'Custom Order' form to provide details regarding your theme, color palette, and any specific inscriptions you would like.
